We want you to be completely satisfied with your From Day Dot purchase so please take your time and care when ordering. Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input errors may result in you not receiving your item(s).
If you change your mind about your order/s and want to change or cancel it, we are able to issue this within 24 hours of you making the order/s. Simply contact us at: email@example.com
Unfortunately change or cancellation requests made after 24 hours of order placement cannot be granted. Once an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. Your order/s will need to be treated as a return order and follow the returns process as detailed below.
Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt of your items. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of $8.50 or reshipping fee on all items returned or exchanged for non-quality issues. Our customer service team will determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges and advise you accordingly.
To complete your return, we require receipt of proof of purchase, your name, date of order and order number which can be found in your email confirmation.
If the criteria for a return has been met, please then email us for a return address.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, (except in the case of a damaged item). We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. If a return is shipped without a tracking number the customer will be liable if the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email confirmation of receipt will be sent to you. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to investigate further to ensure your refund has been transferred back to your nominated payment method.
If you would like to exchange your product and it is undamaged, at this time we only offer exchanges for the same item. These exchanges are available by request via email@example.com within 14 days of the product/s arriving to you.
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges on overseas orders (i.e. outside of Australia).
Incorrect, Incomplete or damaged Items
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. In these cases, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us within 14 days of receipt of your item/s. We will be glad to help in any way we can. Please be ready to provide our customer service team with photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and your order number (found on your email confirmation). From Day Dot reserves the right to deny returns/refunds without this photographic evidence.
If your clothing item is damaged when you wash your garment/s, we will not be able to exchange it. Please ensure you wash your garment/s according to our Product Care instructions. If your garments are washed according to these instructions, you will not have any problems.

Sunday Luxe Nappy Bag 2.0 Warranty
So that you can purchase with confidence, we offer a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty on our nappy bags. Please note this warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or natural breakdown of the materials over extended time and use. Please refer to the product care label found inside the laptop pocket to keep your product in its optimum condition.
Warranty does not apply to any Seconds Sale items.
A PRE-ORDER is a purchase made for a product that hasn’t yet arrived to our Warehouse.
From time to time there will be selected products made available for PRE-ORDER. These products have been carefully selected due to popular demand. It is possible that a product that we have selected for PRE-ORDER to sell out before it reaches the warehouse due to exceeding customer interest.
In the product description you will find an estimated date of arrival to the warehouse. It’s possible that the product will arrive earlier or later than estimated. If you order any in-stock products together with a Pre-Order product, your entire order will not be sent until your Pre-Order arrives to our warehouse.
Seconds Sale Items
All items purchased in Seconds Sales are final. Due to drastically reduced prices, warranty does not apply. All items purchased as Seconds do not warrant returns, refunds or exchanges and are purchased as is.
