Returns Policy

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO ORDERS

We want you to feel secure when purchasing at From Day Dot, so please take your time and care when ordering. If you change your mind about your order/s and want to change it or cancel it, we are able to issue that change if you contact us at: fromdaydotshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of making the order/s. Please note, any changes or cancellations in your order/s will attract a $8.50 AUD handling and restocking fee per order, which will be processed at the time of change order or cancellation. In addition, change or cancellation requests to your order/s made after 24 hours of order placement will be denied, from which your order/s will need to be treated as a return order and follow the returns process as detailed below.

Returns Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be included with the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photographic evidence of the damaged product (in the case of a damaged item) within 30 days of your purchase.
From Day Dot reserves the right to refuse returns without photographic evidence of a damaged item.
Once the criteria has been met for a return, the customer may return the product to supplier address. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: fromdaydotshop@gmail.com and we will be happy to look into the matter further to ensure your refund has been transferred back to your nominated payment method.

Incorrect or Damaged Products
If a product has arrived damaged, you will be required to provide photographic evidence, and then will follow our returns policy. In such a case, the customer will be entitled to a full refund (minus shipping costs). Please note however, all perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases) as well as gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
If your product/s received are incorrect or incomplete, please follow the same steps as listed above for damaged product/s.
If you have received damaged, incorrect or incomplete product/s, it is your responsibility to contact us at fromdaydotshop@gmail.com for remedy within 2 weeks of arrival your order/s. After these 2 weeks have transpired since your order/s arrived, we will be unable to perform a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange your product, at this time we only offer exchanges for the same item. These exchanges are available only if the product you received is undamaged, complete and requested via fromdaydotshop@gmail.com within 2 weeks of the product/s arriving to you. Exchanges, returns and Refunds do not apply to any Sale items.
